Safety Precaution: Note that some cylinders (e.g., N2O) can become very cold; protect your skin from the cylinder and gas.
Check for Emptiness: Once the hissing sound stops, the cylinder is empty. The pin should be recessed by about 12mm.
Mark Cylinder: Use a permanent marker to indicate the cylinder is empty.
No chargers are refillable. Once a charger is completely empty, it should be disposed of according to proper disposal methods.
